Ingredients
Large bunch of wild garlic
Small bunch of curly parsley
Juice of half a lemon
70g Parmesan cheese
60g Pine nuts
150ml Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a food processor (apart from the olive oil) and pulse for a minute or two. Slowly pour in the olive oil to the processor while mixing slowly. Serve with fish, pasta, roasted veg, etc.
